Fantastic weekend at Malmi Airshow 2016

This 2 day (Saturday-Sunday) event took place in Helsinki Malmi Airport. For the organisation behind it, the weather was almost the worst possible; especially on Sat it was cold, windy and rain. Although the weather improved in the afternoon, unfortunately most people stayed home. On Sunday morning the  first couple of hours were miserable, but then at noon sun came out and it was perfect aviation day. On Saturday the pilots were forced to use their low/bad weather display, but on Sunday we saw the full displays.  I guess that superstars of the show was Finnish Air Force F-18 Hornet  and Midnight Hawks. I will add more images here in the near future, it’s just that It takes time to go through some 5000 frames and edit the jewels to show.
