Robins, these small and very lively small birds give great entertainment in the garden. They seem to enjoy feeding from the berry bushes. Usually they are two of them and they are chatting with each others with short “tsirp” sounds. Then they fly to the bush and hide in between the branches and pick 3-5 berries at the time and fly away. So in photography wise its more waiting for them to arrive than actual shooting… But it is nice to be able to do it sitting comfortable in a garden chair, sipping coffee, probably scrolling down the Twitter feed… 🙂
In this shot I used a distant off camera flash 580ii to bring a bit more light in the bush and then manually set the shutter speed down to 1/30 and 400mm DO IS lens was set to f4.0 .
