When making purchases on Jukka.me (Jukka Lehtinen Photography) web shop:

Before you can head on to shopping cart, you will need to agree these terms. After checkout and payment via PayPal you will receive an order confirmation and receipt by email which contains a direct download link to an image file. The downloaded image is without the visible copyright sign you can see in the shop. Images are all JPEG’s with desired resolution and the longest side of the image is from 750px to 3000px and the file size is up to 5 MB. A bit depending of the image in question, you can print 3000px images in large size. (30×40 cm or even larger)

What you are buying when purchasing a digital downloadable image?
You are buying a Digital Image License (“the Media”) Jukka Lehtinen Photography grants buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable perpetual personal-use license to download and copy the Media to the following restrictions:
This license is for personal use only. Personal use means non-commercial use of the Media. Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the Media remain exclusively with me, Jukka Lehtinen Photography.

What you can do:

Personal, Non-Commercial use of the Media includes:

• Display on personal websites and computers.
• Making image prints for personal use.

What you may not do:

You may not:

• Resell, relicense, sub-license, redistribute without express written permission.
• Use the Media in any way in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. Use the Media in advertising.
• Incorporate The Media into trademarks, logos, or service marks.
• Make available for download.
